The Business Launchpad is an initiative of Enablis Ghana to inculcate the culture of writing good business plan among Ghanaian entrepreneurs.

The aims of the competition includes Encouraging people with great business ideas to turn these into thriving businesses;

  1. Encouraging entrepreneurs to sharpen their business acumen, improve their business plan, thinking and develop their business writing skills;
  2. Showcasing the winning entrants as role models to encourage other people to become entrepreneurs;
  3. Facilitating the provision of funding to entrepreneurs who meet the criteria of the competition's funding partner;
  4. Creating opportunities for gainful employment and furthering the country's economic growth.

Additional opportunity for ICT participants
Participants proposing ICT oriented projects or business have the additional opportunity to take part in the Growing IT entrepreneurs Project. It is an initiative of Enablis Entrepreneurial Network in collaboration with the NetHope Academy. The Project which is being run in Kenya, Rwanda and Ghana targets IT enthusiasts and professionals from universities, technical institutions, and technological incubation centers among other avenues. The project will support 100 IT enthusiasts and professionals in the three countries. IT participants should visit www.gitentrepreneurs.enablis.org and complete their application forms.
